G.P.I. has tested hundreds of compounds of treated wood against warping due to excessive flash curing heat and moisture. We have come up the the closest formulation to aluminum available. These pallets are manufactured with perfectly round corners, rounded edges and a white laminated surface. we can also cover the wood pallet with formulated head resistant rubber using high temperature adhesive which will further extend the life of the pallet. Our rubber covering also provides a perfect printing surface very similar to the surface of high grade aluminum pallets.

Our Stay Flat™ wood pallets easily mont to your existing brackets (modification or inserts may be required). Instructions for using your original bracket as a template for drilling the holes are included.
